Refund policy

This policy describes cancellation and refund rules for paid BoardConquest features.

1. Payment model

Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for paid orders. Paddle collects payment, calculates taxes, issues purchase documents/invoices and may handle refunds.

2. Cancelling renewal

The subscription is a recurring digital service. Standard renewal cancellation stops future charges, but it does not automatically create a refund. Pro access remains active until the end of the paid period, unless Paddle or mandatory law provides otherwise.

If less than 14 days have passed since purchase, you can use the “Refund and cancellation (14 days)” button on Plans & Pricing. You do not need to give a reason — this is the quick refund and subscription-ending path, separate from standard renewal cancellation.

3. EU/EEA consumer withdrawal right

EU/EEA consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online contract without giving a reason. In BoardConquest, the easiest way to do this within that period is the “Refund and cancellation (14 days)” button on Plans & Pricing. If, during checkout, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge losing the withdrawal right after full performance, the withdrawal right may expire under digital-content and digital-service rules. If such consent is not validly collected, mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

4. Refunds

Until the 14th day after purchase, you can request a refund yourself without explaining the reason: select “Refund and cancellation (14 days)” on Plans & Pricing. The request opens a prepared contact form to make refund handling faster.

After 14 days, the quick refund button is no longer available. If you believe your case requires an exception, use the Contact page and describe the situation.

Refunds related to payments, incorrect charges, cards, taxes or invoices may be handled by Paddle Support as the Merchant of Record. You can also contact BoardConquest at admin@boardconquest.com, and we will help route the case to the right channel.

Refunds for unused parts of a billing period are not granted automatically unless required by law, Paddle terms or an individual support decision. After a refund, Pro access may be revoked or limited.

5. Technical complaints

Issues with application operation, account access, technical bugs, AI, PDF library, BGG or planner should be sent directly to admin@boardconquest.com. Payment, invoice or card issues should be reported to Paddle Support or to us if you need help routing the matter.
